Rugby is a Shetland pony who has been with us since 2004. He's about 11 hands, just over 500 pounds and we estimate he was born in 1997. He's like the energizer bunny whose least favorite thing to do is stand still and wait! He is gentle enough for beginners but is one of the top picks for gaming because he loves to run!

Our newest pony Prince is gaining a fan club!  We found this little gem of a halflinger mix at an auction in March 2024.  He's about 20 years old and is so honest  that you can't help but love him.  He's working through his past and figuring out that teaching lessons to kids is pretty darn rewarding.  He'll stand at the gate for hours hoping someone will bring him in and love on him.

This little welsh mix is full of energy and personality.  He's smart, quick and pays attention to every detail.  He may only be about 600 pounds however he is ready to take on the world with riders who can stay calm, confident and ready to work.

Gideon is our perfect gentleman.  Standing around 14 hands and 850 pounds, he's always putting his best foot forward.  He gives his students lots of confidence with his gentle heart and his willingness to always try.  This Haflinger/Quarter Horse cross may not be fast without being pushed (then he can REALLY go!) but he almost always tries to do things right for you.  He's been with us since 2008 when he was about 8 years old and he has nearly every student across his back at some point in their life here.

Mulan came from an auction in November 2013.  She may have been around 6 years old.  Our favorite of many Mulan stories is that "she" was advertised as a gelding named Buster...hmmm...  

Her disguise was figured out though and with lots of patience and hard work, she became a great addition to the family.  She is a queen at ground working and at being super vigilant!  She never fails to let us know when something is out of place in her world and her smooth gait is always lending its services to Ms. Jill.

Mutley is a legend around here.  She doesn't like the routine to change and she loves to have a big o'l gelding watching over her.  However, she carries the weight of the barn on her back.  At 14.3 hands and with a petite 900 pound frame, nearly every child, teen and light weight adult has spent time being schooled on this beautiful, quirky now 27 year old American Paint Horse.  She does it all and we'd take a dozen of her!
